nxtQuest is an AI practice tool: you rehearse interviews, presentations, and Q&A sessions with lifelike AI characters and receive AI-generated coaching. This page explains, in plain language, where AI is involved, what it does with your data, and its limits.
Every interviewer, examiner, or audience member in a nxtQuest session is an AI-generated character with a synthetic face and voice — never a real person. Session recordings therefore contain AI-generated video and audio, and are labelled as such.
Conversational video characters are generated by AI. Your speech is transcribed by speech-recognition AI. Coaching reports, scores, and per-question feedback are generated by AI language models. nxtQuest combines these services; your session content is processed by carefully selected service providers to deliver the product and is not used by us to train AI models.
Sessions are recorded (video, audio, transcript) so we can build your feedback report and let you review your performance. Recordings are stored privately and shown only to you. You can delete a session — including its recording and report — from its analytics page at any time.
Scores and coaching are produced by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or overconfident. They are practice signals to help you improve — not an assessment of you as a person, and not a prediction of any real-world outcome. You stay in control: you choose the sessions, and you can end one at any moment.
nxtQuest is a personal training tool. It must not be used to evaluate real candidates or employees, or to make recruitment, employment, promotion, or educational-assessment decisions about any person.
